4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must meet travel and health requirements and arrive on time. Failure to appear may result in forfeiture without refund.

5. Tour Modifications and Availability

We may alter routes, timings, or itineraries due to weather, road closures, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. Guests will be notified and offered rescheduling or refunds if needed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Booking Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing your booking. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

2. Payment Terms

💳 A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
💵 The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour, payable via Zelle or cash.
📝 Prices are quoted in USD.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the designated pickup location. Failure to do so may result in missed tours without refund.

4. Changes to Booking

Any modifications to your booking, including date, time, or number of participants, must be requested at least 24 hours before the tour start time and are subject to availability.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

✅ Full Refund (100%) – Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour.
🕓 Partial Refund (50%) – Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour.
❌ No Refund – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows.

6. Weather and Operational Changes

Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to bad weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons. In such cases, guests will be offered a reschedule or full refund of teh amount paid.

7. Third-Party Activities

Certain tour components, such as adventure activities, excursions, or attraction tickets, are provided by third-party service providers. Pashon Ocho Rios Tours is not liable for incidents, delays, or cancellations arising from these services.

8. Liability

All our vehicles are fully licensed and insured for passenger transport. Guests participate in tours and third-party activities at their own risk, and Pashon Ocho Rios Tours cannot be held responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during such activities.
